St. Brigid’s Day
Happy St. Brigid's Day! It's lovely to see so many people celebrating, but... please, please, please... Spring does not start till the 20th of March!!!
I cannot understand that obsession in Ireland with 1st February being the start of Spring. And don't give me that "Meteorological Spring" argument. February and March are ALWAYS the coldest months here. Did all the astronomers leave the island after they built Newgrange?
